Deepak Bhagchandani

Founder & Managing Director

Deepak leads the overall direction, business development, strategic coordination and operational oversight of House of Sukooon. With a hands-on leadership approach, he brings the three verticals together and works to build long-term client relationships. He leads the business across Delhi NCR, with particular responsibility for Delhi, Gurugram and Noida.

Key responsibilities: Corporate leadership, business strategy, client relationships, commercial coordination, operational oversight and growth across the three verticals.

Randeep Singh

Chief Strategy & Growth Officer

Randeep focuses on strategic growth, business development and corporate and institutional relationships. Drawing on professional exposure associated with EY and BDO, along with corporate and government-facing business development, he contributes to strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. He leads the study visa guidance business and supports knowledge summits and educational workshops, with Chandigarh a key market under his focus.

Key responsibilities: Strategy and growth, corporate and institutional outreach, strategic partnerships, study visa guidance, educational initiatives and regional business development.

Deepali Malik

Director — Regulatory Advisory & HR Consultancy

Deepali leads the development of regulatory advisory and HR consultancy services under Sukooon World Futures. Her academic background includes a BBA and an MBA in Human Resources, alongside legal studies and a background in soft-skills development and image consulting. Ahmedabad is a key market under her regional focus.

Key responsibilities: HR consultancy, regulatory advisory, professional relationship management and regional business development.

Manpreet Kaur

Lead — Interior Design & Space Solutions

Manpreet leads interior design and contributes to the development of the Sukooon Space Solutions vertical. With experience in the interior design business, she focuses on understanding client requirements, developing design concepts and coordinating the delivery of interior solutions suited to the use, aesthetic preferences and budget of each space.

Key responsibilities: Interior design, space planning, client consultations, design coordination and interior project development.

Lakshay Prasher

Lead — Real Estate Consultancy

Lakshay leads real estate consultancy initiatives, supporting clients in identifying and evaluating property options suited to their requirements. His role includes understanding client needs, coordinating property searches and site visits, and supporting property-related discussions and follow-through.

Key responsibilities: Property consultancy, client requirement assessment, property shortlisting, site-visit coordination and real estate business development.

Pradeep Batra

Lead — Food & Catering

Pradeep brings over 35 years of experience in food and catering, with particular specialisation in Chinese and Indian cuisine. He leads the food and catering offering within Sukooon Experiences, contributing to menu planning, food preparation coordination and catering requirements for corporate engagements, private celebrations and community gatherings.

Key responsibilities: Food and catering, menu planning, cuisine specialisation, catering coordination and food-service execution.

Aakriti Sekhri

Lead — Operations & Business Coordination

Aakriti supports the operational backbone of House of Sukooon, helping connect the three verticals through structured coordination and administrative support. Her focus is on keeping information organised, coordinating client and internal communication, following up on action points and helping teams manage the details that support effective execution.

Key responsibilities: Backend operations, administration, cross-vertical coordination, client follow-ups, documentation and workflow support.
